Our Story
In 2016, Tortas y Tacos La Chiquita started as a humble food truck, just a few blocks from what our main location is now. From the very beginning, our mission was simple: serve fresh, authentic Mexican food with quality and passion, no matter the circumstances.
When the pandemic hit, we refused to slow down. Through dedication and resilience, we continued to serve our community, ensuring that every Taco, Torta, and Quesadilla was made with the same fresh ingredients and bold flavors that defined us from day one. Our commitment to excellece and customer satisfaction helped us not only survive but thrive.
Over the past two years, we've expanded, opening two additional locations, each carrying the same energy, passion, and consistency that made our first spot a success. And we're not stopping there, our journey continues as we plan to open even more locations in the coming years.
Becoming a 24/7 restaurant was another major milestone. It wasn't easy, but through hard work, strong leadership, and an incredible team, we overcame the challenges of long hours and growing demand.
